As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience, assisting customers with their needs, and driving sales through effective upselling techniques.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
  
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to encourage purchases.
  
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
  
• Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
  
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
  
• Participate in promotional activities and upselling initiatives to maximise sales opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  

• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable (multilingual/bilingual).
  
• Strong organisational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation effectively.
  
• Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  
• Time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods.
  
• Experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage, particularly in upselling techniques.
