Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within industrial sectors such as food, pharma, FMCG, hardware, and manufacturing.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, trade shows, digital platforms, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable pouch packing or automation solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical/commercial quotations, proposals, and presentations.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with prospects through every stage of the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for demos, trials, order processing, and after-sales support.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales pipeline, and reports.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1�3 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in capital goods or machinery sales).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical machinery and explain it clearly to customers.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, demos, or trade exhibitions.


Preferred Skills:


  • Experience in selling automatic pouch packing or filling machines.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting.
  • Knowledge of packaging industry trends.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:


  • Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
