Experience Required: 8–12 years in Sales, with at least 3+ years in leadership in the CPaaS/SaaS/Telecom industry

About the Role:


We are seeking a high-performing Sales Director to lead our CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) sales efforts, focused on A2P SMS, OTP, Voice, WhatsApp API, and other enterprise messaging solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, deep industry experience, and a strong network of enterprise clients.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets in the CPaaS domain


Lead and manage the sales team, setting goals, KPIs, and coaching for high performance


Drive enterprise-level deals across industries like BFSI, e-commerce, logistics, healthcare, and government


Build strong relationships with telecom operators, aggregators, and enterprise clients


Identify new market opportunities and partnerships for A2P SMS, transactional/OTP traffic, and messaging APIs


Collaborate with product and technical teams to tailor solutions based on client needs


Oversee pricing strategies, proposal development, and contract negotiations


Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management


Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and key client meetings


Required Skills & Qualifications:


Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field


Proven experience in enterprise sales in CPaaS / SMS / Voice / WhatsApp Business API platforms


Deep understanding of the telecom and messaging ecosystem, DLT regulations, and routing strategies


Strong leadership and people management skills


Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement abilities


Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot


Strong network of enterprise clients and decision-makers is a major advantage


Nice to Have:


Understanding of DLT platform processes and enterprise compliance


Experience in launching new products or services in the CPaaS domain


Ability to work in a startup-like high-growth environment
