Job Summary:


As a

Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for generating leads, visiting clients onsite, conducting product demos, and closing sales. Your primary goal is to build long-term customer relationships and meet sales targets through direct engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable tech solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
  • Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams to align strategies and close deals faster.
  • Travel extensively within assigned territory.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the tech or IT sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of technical products or willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Good time-management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Bachelor�s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license (if applicable).
