We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven

Sales Executive with prior experience in the EdTech domain. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying prospective students, converting leads into sales, and nurturing long-term customer relationships. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our reach and delivering value to students seeking academic support.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries from students seeking assignment help.
  • Understand student needs and suggest appropriate academic solutions/services.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into paid users via call, chat, or email.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily interactions and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the support and academic teams to ensure timely service delivery.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor�s degree in any discipline; education or communication background preferred.
  • 1�2 years of sales experience in EdTech, tutoring, or academic assistance industry.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of academic challenges faced by students.
