Technical Knowledge


  • Product Knowledge: Understand specs like CPU, RAM, storage, GPU, screen size/resolution, battery life, etc.
  • Operating Systems: Familiarity with Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, and Linux.
  • Use Cases: Know how to match laptops to customer needs (e.g., gaming, business, student use, content creation).


Customer Service


  • Post-sale Support Knowledge: Guide customers about setup, warranties, and support.
  • Handling Returns & Complaints: Maintain a helpful, solution-focused attitude.
  • Building Loyalty: Encourage repeat business through good service.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹14,132.95 - ₹17,000.00 per month
