1) Visit retailers/distributors daily as per beat plan and ensure order booking.


2) Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


3) Ensure product visibility, stock rotation, and merchandising at the retail level.


4) Coordinate with the distributor for timely delivery of stocks.


5) Generate secondary sales and track tertiary movement.


6) Collect and timely share informations such as competitor activity, pricing, schemes, etc.


7) Maintain daily sales reports (DSR) and share them with the reporting manager.


8) Ensure prompt resolution of retailer complaints or issues.


9) Participate in sales promotion campaigns and product launches.


10) Ensure Timely Payment collections from Trade and Channel Partners.


Eligibility Criteria


1) Age between -25-35


2) 2-3 Years of GT experience.


3) An additional advantage is from the relevant Industry.


4) Efficient for quick mathematical calculations.


5) Should be well-versed in the General trade operations.


6) Should have a fair geographical knowledge of the territory.


7) Should have good trade relationship.


8) Proficiency in local language and basic English


9) Good communication and interpersonal skills


10) Ability to work under minimal supervision

1) Computer literacy -MS Office


2) Good negotiation skills.


3) Good networking skills.


4) Smartphone familiarity for app-based reporting
