- Identify and target potential clients, including doctors, hospital administrators, and purchasing managers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical equipment.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and new medical technologies.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and sales forecasts.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events.
- Age: Up to 45 years.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical equipment or pharmaceutical industry.
- Required Qualification: A degree in Medical Equipment Devices, Biomedical, BSc Nursing, ZBC (Zoology, Botany, Chemistry), B.Pharma, or a related field. Candidates with a strong background in Sales and Marketing will also be considered.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A goal-oriented and results-driven personality with a passion for sales.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Salary: 25k+ per month (based on experience).
- Incentive: 5,000+ per month on achieving sales targets.
- TA + DA: 9,000 per month for travel and daily allowances.
