Sales Executive who can guide clients through our packages and help them select the perfect photography experience.- Greet and engage walk-in clients at the studio or hospital partner locations
- Understand client needs and present suitable photography packages
- Build rapport with new parents and provide a smooth, stress-free consultation
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email to close bookings
- Upsell premium products like albums, frames, and digital galleries
- Track client communication and maintain sales records
- Coordinate with the photography and editing team to ensure client satisfaction
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall studio growth
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- 1+ year experience in sales or customer service (freshers with strong people skills are welcome)
- Friendly, patient, and emotionally intelligent � must enjoy working with parents and babies
- Confident in presenting and closing high-value packages
- Familiar with tools like WhatsApp Business, Excel, or CRM software
- Interest in photography, creative services, or parenting space is a plus
