This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is passionate about building new client relationships and has a hunger for success.


The primary responsibility will be to generate new business by engaging with potential clients through cold calling and converting them into long-term partners.


Key Responsibilities


  • Primary Focus: Cold Calling: Proactively contact potential clients (B2B) to introduce our logistics services, identify their needs, and generate new leads.
  • Client Acquisition: Drive the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and lead qualification to closing deals.
  • Sales Presentation: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our logistics and transportation solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information in a CRM or sales tracker.
