We are looking for a proactive and persuasive

Outbound Sales Executive to join our travel business team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our travel services, and scheduling appointments with our travel consultants.


Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospective leads.
  • Explain travel packages and services clearly.
  • Fix appointments for the sales or holiday planning team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses.
  • Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and appointments.
  • Follow up with interested leads to confirm appointments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handover.


Requirements:


  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in telesales, outbound calling, or appointment setting preferred.
  • Basic computer skills (CRM knowledge is a plus).
  • Target-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in the travel and tourism industry.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
