Job Description:


Brahmarishi Homes is looking for an energetic, goal-oriented, and experienced

Sales Head to lead our real estate sales operations in Vijayawada. This is a key leadership role for someone with a proven track record in real estate who can build high-performing teams and deliver consistent sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the local market
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process including lead follow-ups, client meetings, and closures
  • Conduct regular site visits and ensure an exceptional client experience
  • Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to support lead generation and conversion
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients


Candidate Requirements:


  • Minimum 3�5 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • Result-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Familiarity with the Vijayawada real estate market is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
