· Support the sales team in generating and qualifying leads.
· Assist with customer outreach via email, calls, and WhatsApp.
· Help manage the CRM system and update customer information.
· Coordinate with the marketing and product teams on promotional campaigns.
· Participate in product presentations and client meetings.
· Help track and analyze sales data and prepare reports.
· Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate.
· Provide support during events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
