We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales & Leasing Specialist to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales or lease agreements for residential and commercial properties. The role demands excellent negotiation skills, market knowledge, and a customer-centric approach.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Conduct property viewings and walkthroughs for prospective clients.
- Promote properties through marketing initiatives, including digital listings, brochures, and site visits.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable properties based on their needs, budget, and preferences.
- Negotiate lease/sale terms and close deals ensuring client satisfaction and company profitability.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, including pricing, legal regulations, and competition.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for leasing or sales transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, developers, and investors.
- Provide after-sales and post-leasing support as needed.
- Bachelor�s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience 5 years in real estate sales or leasing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of property laws, contracts, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver�s license and access to a vehicle (if fieldwork is involved).
- Number of properties leased/sold monthly.
- Lead conversion rate.
- Client satisfaction and retention.
- Revenue generated from sales/leasing.
- Timely documentation and deal closures.
