Education: MBA or equivalent in sales, Business Strategy, or related discipline
Experience: 5–10 years in senior management roles, preferably within the luxury jewellery, diamond, or solitaires industry
- Industry Preference: Luxury brands, B2B/B2C Jewellery Houses, High-end Retail Chains Key Competencies
- Strong leadership and people management skills
· Deep understanding of luxury consumer dynamics and premium brand positioning
· Excellent in business planning, budgeting, and analytics
