Key Responsibilities:


· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets


· Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, converting leads into clients


· Conduct site visits and client meetings, understanding project requirements


· Collaborate with design and execution teams to ensure seamless project handover


· Identify new business opportunities and work on market expansion


Requirements:


· 3–6 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, or construction industry


· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills


· Ability to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions


· Result-driven with a focus on targets and revenue generation
