Salary: ₹15,000k fix + Incentives
- Handle walk-in and inbound customer inquiries related to plants, pots, and gardening accessories.
- Visit clients including landscapers, garden retailers, institutions, and residential buyers to generate bulk sales.
- Explain plant care, maintenance, and appropriate selection to customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with retail customers, garden contractors, and corporate clients.
- Keep up-to-date with inventory and help in restocking, labeling, and display of nursery items.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily activities to the manager.
- Coordinate with nursery staff for order fulfillment and plant deliveries.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events related to horticulture.
- Maintain records of customers, payments, and follow-up schedules.
