The Sales Staff is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. They are the frontline representatives of the store, helping to achieve sales targets and maintaining store standards.
- Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers.
- Assist in achieving monthly and daily sales targets.
- Maintain stock display, cleanliness, and product arrangement.
- Process sales transactions through billing counters or POS systems.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Keep up-to-date with current promotions and new product launches.
- Assist in stock-taking and inventory management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a friendly personality.
- Basic knowledge of computers and billing software is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customers.
