We are seeking
Scrum Masters to join our team on a 1-year contractual engagement in Hyderabad. The ideal candidates will bring strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in managing distributed squads for real-time product delivery. Familiarity with data and AI product delivery will be a strong advantage.- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) to ensure smooth execution of Agile processes.
- Act as a servant leader and coach for the team, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine backlog and prioritize deliverables.
- Remove impediments and resolve conflicts within the team to maintain productivity and quality.
- Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and other Agile metrics to stakeholders.
- Manage and support distributed squads across multiple locations, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Work with data and AI teams (if applicable) to ensure Agile processes align with technical delivery needs.
- Strong experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with real-world delivery experience.
- Proven ability to manage distributed squads effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong understanding of Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Rally).
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
- Familiarity with data/AI product delivery environments.
- Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master.
