Senior Analyst - Software Engineering

As a Senior Software Engineer (internally known as a Senior Analyst - Software Engineering), you will be responsible for creating solutions that prioritize end-user needs. Your expertise will guide the design and delivery of microservices and platform components, enabling other development teams to thrive. Collaborating across the organization, you will influence solutions to complex challenges and mentor your peers in technical skills.

• Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MCA, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  
• 4-8 years of full-stack software development experience.
  
• 4-8 years of experience with .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
  
• Expertise in RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
  
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles, architectural patterns, and development best practices.
  
• Proficient in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub.
  
• Understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.
  
• Strong knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or React.
  
• Experience with SQL databases, including creating database schemas for business processes.
  
• Familiarity with unit testing, test-driven development, and use of mocking frameworks.
  
• Experience in healthcare domain software development.
  
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7/FHIR.
  
• Understanding of PHI/PII and HIPAA regulations.
