Our mission is to create eco-conscious designs with minimal carbon footprints. We are looking for a passionate Architect to join our dynamic team and contribute to meaningful projects!

Role Overview:

We are looking for a versatile Architect to join our design team, with experience across a range of project types including commercial, institutional, and healthcare. The ideal candidate brings strong design and technical skills, and can contribute to projects from concept through construction. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver thoughtful, functional, and sustainable design solutions.

• Lead and support the design and documentation of various architectural projects.
  
• Collaborate with clients and consultants to understand needs and translate them into effective designs.
  
• Produce design presentations, construction documents, and coordinate with engineering disciplines.
  
• Ensure code compliance and contribute to permitting and regulatory processes.
  
• Occasionally work on healthcare-related facilities, ensuring designs meet relevant standards and user needs.
  
• Prepare BOQs and presentations.
  
• Incorporate sustainable design principles into projects.
  
• Support project management tasks as needed.
  

• Professional degree in Architecture and progress toward licensure (or licensed).
  
• 1+ years of experience in architectural design, with some exposure to healthcare Residential or commercial projects.
  
• Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and other design tools.
  
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
