- Drafting of legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and correspondences
- Reviewing and revising legal documents including agreement prepared by vendor
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant Byes laws, Rules and Regulations of Clearing Corporation including its amendments.
- Assisting in coordination with empaneled advocates.
- Reviewing the technologies related agreements and contracts Opinions, interpretations on regulatory issues and on Bye laws and Rules of the Clearing Corporation.
- Handling litigation matters.
- Record keeping and database management MIS
