We are looking for a
Senior Java Developer / Tech Lead with over 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Java Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, MongoDB, and Kafka, along with proven experience in leading technical teams.- Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable microservices.
- Drive adoption of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and event-based architecture across modules.
- Architect and implement high-performance, resilient, and scalable systems.
- Manage integrations with Kafka-based event streaming systems.
- Design and maintain MongoDB data models for optimal performance and scalability.
- Guide team on CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Git/GitSAS branching strategies.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality code and adherence to Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet time-sensitive deliverables.
- Ensure a clear understanding of the SDLC within a DevOps environment.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior developers.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and internal teams.
- 10+ years of hands-on development experience in Java, especially Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Strong knowledge and working experience with Apache Kafka and MongoDB.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring software engineering teams.
- Expertise in CI/CD tools, DevOps culture, and Agile development.
- Excellent problem-solving, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking.
- Fast learner with the ability to scale up quickly in new domains and technologies.
- Strong communication skills � clear, concise, and to the point.
- Exposure to container orchestration tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Contributions to open-source or tech community.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
