Senior Operations Engineer

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
We are looking for a Senior Operations Engineer to lead and manage the operational
workflow for
CNC machined components. The ideal candidate will have a strong backgroundin mechanical engineering, hands-on CNC knowledge, and customer-facing experience.
This role involves planning, executing production operations, maintaining quality control,
overseeing purchase functions, and directly interacting with key clients. The candidate will
be the front-face of the company for critical customers and must demonstrate excellent
communication, leadership, and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
ï‚· Lead daily operations for CNC machining of components.
ï‚· Coordinate with the planning and production teams to ensure timely execution.
ï‚· Monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions when necessary.
ï‚· Oversee procurement and ensure the timely availability of raw materials.
ï‚· Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers.
ï‚· Attend client meetings, understand technical requirements, and translate them into
production plans.
ï‚· Maintain production efficiency and minimize downtime.
ï‚· Supervise junior engineers and machine operators.
Key Skills Required:
ï‚· Thorough technical knowledge of CNC machines and components.
ï‚· Strong expertise in production planning and execution.
ï‚· Exposure to quality control processes in a manufacturing environment.
ï‚· Understanding of purchase operations and vendor coordination.
ï‚· Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
ï‚· Proficient in handling day-to-day shop floor operations.
ï‚· Leadership and team-handling capabilities.
