We’re looking for an experienced and passionate
Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of our digital experiences. In this role, you’ll take ownership of designing elegant, scalable, and user-focused solutions for complex product challenges.You will work at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility—turning ideas into impactful product experiences. This is a high-impact role where your design decisions will directly influence the company’s growth and user satisfaction.
What You’ll DoOwn the design process end-to-end: from discovery, user research, and journey mapping to wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and developer handoff.Collaborate closely with
product managers, engineers, marketers, and data teams to deliver best-in-class experiences across platforms (web/mobile).Translate product strategy into seamless and engaging user flows that are simple, accessible, and visually stunning.Design user-centric solutions backed by
usability testing, user feedback, and analytics—not just intuition.Develop and maintain design systems and UI components that ensure consistency and scalability across the product suite.
Champion design thinking and
evangelize user-first approaches across cross-functional teams.Stay ahead of the curve by
exploring design trends, emerging tools, and interaction models—and bring fresh ideas to the table. What You Bring5+ years of experience as a
Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI Designer in fast-paced tech/product environments.A
strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and visually polished interfaces across responsive web and mobile products.Mastery of
Figma is required. Proficiency in other design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) is a strong plus.Deep understanding of
UX fundamentals, interaction design, and information architecture.Strong command over
prototyping, user testing, heuristic evaluation, and usability improvements.Experience collaborating with engineering teams to
balance design intent with technical feasibility.Ability to manage competing priorities, timelines, and feedback from multiple stakeholders.
Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to
present ideas, rationale, and trade-offs to varied audiences. Nice to HavePrior experience in
early-stage or growth-stage startups.Exposure to
designing for B2B SaaS, fintech, or data-driven products.Working knowledge of
HTML/CSS or the ability to understand front-end constraints.Salary
