Major accountabilities:

• Broadly experienced specialists managing a small unit OR project.
  
• May be responsible for managing others -Leads/coâ€leads novel projects within the team -Mentors and inspires others to solve problems -Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)

• Timely execution of of projects and data requests -Feedback from project sponsors and key stakeholders
