Location: Mumbai
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales support
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with quotation preparation, order processing, and documentation
- Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments
- Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and pipeline trackers
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and pre/post-sales support
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Good knowledge of export/import All products.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
