We are looking for a skilled and dedicated
Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and repair of our products at client locations, ensuring high-quality technical support and customer satisfaction.- Perform installation of equipment/machinery at customer sites
- Conduct routine maintenance and repair services
- Diagnose technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Coordinate with service team and update job status regularly
- Ensure proper documentation of service reports and feedback
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times
- ITI in Electromechanical / Electrical / Electronics
- OR Diploma in relevant technical discipline
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and customer-handling ability
- Willingness to travel as required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
