· Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress.
· Supervise staff to ensure that production tasks are completed on time and according to safety laws.
· Order materials needed for production.
· Evaluate staff performance and provide training where necessary.
· Train and integrate new workers.
· Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed.
· Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed.
