We are looking for a proactive and committed
Site Engineer cum Supervisor to manage the day to day execution of interior projects. The role involves supervising site work, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring high-quality execution as per timelines. Candidates must be open to travelling to project sites, which may be within Hyderabad or outstation (primarily in South India).- Supervise & manage interior fit-out work on site including civil, carpentry, electrical, false ceiling and finishing works.
- Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications and project timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and internal teams for timely progress and material availability.
- Conduct site measurements and validate with BOQs.
- Maintain daily progress reports, labour attendance, material usage and stock updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain quality standards at all stages.
- Communicate with clients and consultants during site visits and meetings.
- Travel to various project sites based on company/ project requirements (including outstation travel).
- Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or interior design.
- 2-4 years of experience in site execution of residential/ commercial interior projects.
- Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes and construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
- Good interpersonal, reporting and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel across cities and manage outstation sites when needed.
- Own two-wheeler preferred (travel allowance provided).
- Monthly Salary : 25k -30k (Depending on Experience)
