- Site Execution:
- Hands on experience in Supervise and manage day-to-day activities at the site for 11kV / 33kV feeder bays, HT pole erection, and overhead line works.
- Oversee HT/LT cabling and proper termination as per electrical standards.
- Monitor erection and installation of Electrical Equipment such as transformers, RMUs, VCBs, and switchgear.
- Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors for timely material availability.
- Liaise with the project manager and report daily site progress, work schedules, and issues.
- Quality and Safety:
- Ensure all work is done as per safety norms and MSKVY / quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure the proper execution of electrical works.
- Documentation:
- Maintain site records including DPR (Daily Progress Report), material receipts (MRN), and installation checklists.
- Support in preparing measurement sheets and assisting billing engineers.
- Technical Supervision:
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts for feeder bay and substation work.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate solutions with design/technical teams.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to MSKVY project timelines and milestone completion.
- Coordinate during testing and commissioning of feeder lines and associated equipment.
- Hands-on experience in HT/LT line erection, pole installation, cable laying, and equipment installation.
- Ability to manage manpower and ensure proper resource utilization.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and use of mobile apps for reporting and photo documentation.
- Knowledge of substation structure erection, transformer installation, and grounding
