Role & Responsibilities :
*Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner also set up the monthly calendar.
*Make travel & accommodation arrangements and rack daily, weekly & monthly reports.
- Serve as the valued point of contact and go-to person for any concerns for sales agents.
*Visit the field regularly to directly know the sales agents’ experiences, satisfaction levels.
*Engage with agents through focus welfare procedures, arrange exhibitions ,facilities.
*Ensure swift and effective management of these situations to safeguard the well-being of our peoples.
