Imagine transforming how brands understand and improve their products by leveraging advanced data insights. Also, there are various defects reported by the customers in their feedback and brands are not sure which is the more critical and priority to be addressed first to boost their product rating. Amazon’s Product Insights platform is attempting to solve these intricate problems and help brands improve their revenue and product rating.

RBS Tech team is looking for a Senior SDE to build ML powered solutions to deliver impactful and actionable insights to our brands. You will architect simple and elegant seller and brands facing features with complex data and ML based systems behind them. You will lead implementation of multiple projects ensuring timelines are met and requirements are delivered with quality.

As Sr SDE, you will work with talented peers of SDEs and Applied scientists to build robust engineering platforms to solve high impact issues. You will constantly innovate to tackle the business challenges. If you are customer obsessed, self-driven, and analytical individual with a basic understanding of machine learning, you will have fun solving our business problems of unprecedented scale.

Key job responsibilities

• Architect and implement sophisticated machine learning-powered features that deliver actionable insights to brands
  
• Design and develop robust engineering platforms that simplify complex data analysis
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality project delivery and meet critical timelines
  
• Create scalable solutions that address intricate business challenges in product development
  
• Drive innovation by continuously exploring advanced technological approaches

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
  
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

• 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
  
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
