Roles & Responsibilities: a Be a expert Peoplesoft technical developer b Performs analysis, conceptual design, development (coding) and implementation of modifications c Translates business requirement to technical document and diagram d Resolve tickets, design and build Extensions, Interfaces and Reports for CoreHR, Recruitment (TAM, CG), Person profile and eNon Person profile management, Position management. e Design and build batch programs in HCM and fix/update existing batch programs Professional & Technical Skills: a Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools. b Good Knowledge in AppEngine, SQR, Component Interfaces, AppDesigner, Peoplecode, XML Publisher and Application Packages. c Good exposure to business process in Peoplesoft CoreHR, Recruitment (TAM, CG), CG, Person profile and Non Person profile management, Position management. d Good Knowledge on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.54 or above e Proficient in Oracle SQL/PL SQL f Good prior experience of working on Production Support, conversion and/or Implementation projects Additional Information: Ready to work in shifts on Rotational basis
