A Sourcing/ Project Executive in Real Estate focuses on identifying and securing properties for Promotion or marketing. They are responsible for finding and acquiring the right New Projects like flats/villas/land to meet our organization's targets
Salary - 12k + petrol allowance. Bike must.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
- Knowledge of the real estate market and local regulations .
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools .
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with property owners and other Builders.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various parties.
- Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key individuals , builders and organizations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
