Experience: 5+ years (in textile processing preferred)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems of process house machines (e.g., jet dyeing, stenter, jiggers, dryers, printing machines).
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply and proper functioning of HT/LT panels, transformers, and DG sets.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate with production and utility departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle electrical safety audits, statutory compliance, and documentation.
- Lead and train a team of electricians and maintenance staff.
- Prepare electrical drawings, layouts, and machine load distributions.
- Strong understanding of textile processing machinery and control systems.
- Hands-on experience with motors, VFDs, PLCs, control panels, and automation.
- Knowledge of safety standards and electrical regulations (e.g., IE rules, factory act).
- Good leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
