Job Summary:
seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to oversee HR administration, payroll management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will implement and manage HRMS, ensure seamless onboarding, and foster a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:1. HR Administration & Compliance
Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.2. Payroll & HRMS Management Manage payroll processing, salary disbursement, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, etc.). Implement and oversee HRMS for attendance, leave, and performance management. Ensure accurate and timely payroll reporting and compliance.3. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage end-to-end hiring process including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.4. Employee Engagement & Performance Management Plan and execute employee engagement programs and welfare initiatives. Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement appraisal systems. Address employee concerns and foster a positive work culture.5. Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs. Implement career development plans to enhance employee skills and retention.Qualifications & Skills:
