Calibration Development: Develop and deliver ATI calibration per program requirements, including:
Controller tuning for aftertreatment components such as DOC, DPF, and SCR.
Aftertreatment system diagnostics tuning.
Catalyst health management strategy and tuning.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Obtain input and negotiate with stakeholders, providing recommendations that support project decisions, feasibility studies, and design optimization.
Process Improvement: Apply and enhance processes related to thermal and fluid sciences, utilizing tools like GT-Power (optional), Fluent, and Data Analysis Tool.
Project Leadership: Independently lead smaller business impact projects and manage
Technical Direction: Influence the technical direction within project teams, continuing to develop and refine core competencies.
Skill and Experience Required :* Education: Graduate: BE (Mech), PG: MTech (Thermal Science or Machine Design)
Experience required is 5 to 8 years. Previous experience as an Engineer in a relevant discipline, with a proven track record in technical problem-solving and quality decision-making.
