Job Title: Sr. Sales Executive/officer


Department: Sales


Reports To: Marketing Head


Job Summary:


A Sales Executive/officer is responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting appropriate solutions/products, and negotiating terms to close sales successfully. Responsible for both primary and secondary sales in assign towns/cities.


Location:


They will be based at Cluster head town/city and will look after and responsible to generate leads and sales of those assigned cities/towns.

Role & Responsibilities:


· Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals in assign territories/towns


· Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research to drive sales growth territories/towns.


· Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with potential customers to close deals.


· Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.


· Stay updated with current trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products


· Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.


· Collect market feedback and analyze information to prepare data and reports


· Sharing insights from on ground activities of competitors.


· Work from your head quarter as the base, with touring as per the allotted cities.


· Realization of outstanding will be a prime responsibility.


· Regularly monitor the allotted geographic areas by visiting top retailers


Skills & Qualification


· Confident communicator with outstanding presentation abilities


· Professional phone manner and networking abilities


· Excellent negotiation, persuasion and closing skills


· Should have problem solving attitude not Problem creator approach.


· Should have basic knowledge of MS office Mainly excel for report preparation


· Should be able to work in CRM modules


· Should be able to travel extensively and visit assigned cities/towns


· Good command on their regional language and Hindi/English


· Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills


Preferred Candidate Profile:


· Any graduate can apply.


· Experience: 0 to 5 years (Preferred from pet industry).


· A go-getter attitude with enthusiasm.


· Sales-driven with a hunger for growth.


· Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results


· Passionate about sales


· Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
