We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team.
As a frontline caregiver, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients through their healing journey—providing clinical care, emotional support, and professional guidance at every step.
Deliver direct patient care:
Administer
medications safely, monitor vital signs, assist with mobility and hygiene, and perform wound care.Assess patient conditions, identify issues early, and respond with appropriate clinical action.
Create and follow individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
Insert and manage
catheters and perform other basic procedures with precision.Act swiftly during emergencies—
perform CPR, manage critical cases, and maintain calm under pressure.Work alongside doctors and other
healthcare staff to ensure coordinated, effective treatment.Maintain clear, accurate records and communicate patient updates to the team.
Follow
infection control protocols and promote a clean, safe care environment.Support and guide junior staff and contribute to a respectful, team-driven atmosphere.
GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
Registered with the State/Indian Nursing Council.
Comfortable with procedures like
wound dressing, medication calculation, and administration.Willing to work in
