We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse to join our ICU and Emergency Department team.
- Provide direct patient care in ICU and ER settings according to established protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, progress, and condition, and report significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, and eating as needed.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, including changes in vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatments.
- Identify potential risks, complications, and changes in patient status, and take appropriate actions or report concerns to physicians or senior staff.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and effective care.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
