We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable
STEM Trainer to conduct engaging training sessions for school students in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. The trainer will guide students through hands-on learning experiences, workshops, and project-based activities, using tools like robotics kits, coding platforms, electronics, and other STEM resources.- Deliver STEM-based lessons, workshops, and activities as per the curriculum.
- Guide students in hands-on projects involving robotics, electronics, coding, and design thinking.
- Use tools like Arduino, Scratch, Tinker-CAD, Raspberry Pi, and other educational platforms.
- Foster creativity, innovation, and critical thinking among students.
- Prepare training materials, manuals, and lesson plans.
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback on students� progress.
- Set up and maintain STEM lab equipment and ensure safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with school faculty to integrate STEM activities with academic subjects.
- Assist in organizing school exhibitions, competitions, or championships related to innovation and technology.
- Stay updated with emerging STEM education trends and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience in teaching/training STEM, robotics, or coding is preferred.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and hands-on STEM kits.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and motivating young minds.
- Problem-solving attitude and patience while working with students.
- Knowledge of AI/ML, IoT, 3D printing, or drone technology.
- Experience in conducting school workshops or summer camps.
- Knowledge of STEM education, robotics, or programming.
- On-site in the school lab or classrooms.
- May require travel to other branches or schools for training or events.
- Regular working hours aligned with school timing; occasional weekend events may be involved.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
