We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Store Manager to oversee our fashion retail store in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving sales performance, leading the store team, and ensuring excellent customer service.- Oversee overall store operations, staff management, and inventory control
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor customer preferences and market trends to optimize stock and displays
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained
- Recruit, train, and motivate store staff to deliver high performance
- Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
- Handle customer complaints and queries professionally
- Prepare sales and inventory reports
- Ensure store hygiene, maintenance, and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with HO and other departments for smooth operations
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in fashion/apparel retail
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with strong customer service orientation
- Good understanding of fashion trends and visual merchandising
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor�s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field preferred
- Fluency in English and Hindi
