highly active, responsible, and committed individual to join our core team.We’re hiring a
Supervisor to manage daily operations, coordinate with vendors and suppliers, oversee stock movement, and ensure smooth functioning of our backend operations. You’ll be the key person ensuring everything runs on time – from vendor price list collection to team coordination and timely stock receipt.- Coordinate with multiple crackers manufacturers to collect price lists and negotiate purchases
- Track and follow up on stock delivery from vendors and ensure timely receival
- Manage and maintain procurement records, invoices, and purchase orders
- Supervise inventory movement from vendors to storage to dispatch
- Work closely with the packaging, dispatch, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Report daily updates to the management
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and transporters
- A highly active and field-ready person with strong follow-up skills
- Minimum 1�3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or procurement (preferred, but freshers with high energy and street-smartness can apply)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication in Tamil and English
- Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and commitment
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Sheets, and phone for coordination
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Sivakasi
