We are hiring a dedicated
Tandoor Helper with mandatory experience in making naans and rotis. You will assist our Tandoor Chef in preparing breads and tandoor items while maintaining hygiene and speed during service.- Prepare and cook naans, rotis, kulchas, and other tandoor breads.
- Assist with marination, skewering, and grilling of tandoor items.
- Maintain the tandoor equipment and ensure safety while operating.
- Follow hygiene standards and kitchen protocols.
- Mandatory experience in making naans and rotis.
- At least 1 year of experience in a tandoor kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of tandoor operations and dough handling.
- Team player with a hardworking attitude.
- Physically fit to work in a high-heat environment.
