- Experience: Prior experience in water treatment operations and a background in chemistry or a related technical field are often required.
- Chemical Inventory Management:
Ensuring adequate supplies of treatment chemicals and managing their safe storage and handling.
Working with chemical suppliers to ensure the availability of appropriate chemicals and addressing any related issues.
In some cases, the Team Lead may also be involved in sales and business development activities related to water treatment chemicals.
