Job Summary:


Realty Smartz is seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Team Leader – Sales (Residential) to manage and grow a team of property sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential real estate sales, leadership experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strategic planning, client engagement, and team management to meet and exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Management:


  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training as needed.
  • Allocate leads and set clear targets and KPIs for the team.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and reporting on performance metrics.


Sales Strategy & Execution:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies for residential property sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Generate leads through various channels including referrals, online platforms, site visits, and networking.
  • Drive conversions through effective client engagement and follow-ups.


Client Handling:


  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with clients.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries or complaints.


Market Intelligence:


  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide insights to improve product positioning and marketing approaches.


Key Requirements:


  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 4�6 years of residential real estate sales experience, with at least 1�2 years in a team leader or supervisory role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
