- Good experience in defining and addressing Non-Functional Requirements such as Performance, Scalability, Observability and Maintainability
- Strong ability to quickly grasp Domain knowledge and provide technical solutions for business requirements
- Good experience in Code Analyses tools such as SonarLint
- Good experience in implementing TDD or BDD
- Experience in Mobile clients or Client-side frameworks such as Angular will be preferred
- Be part of team and own a product from Analyses, design to delivery
- Provide technical guidance to team to deliver high quality product
