Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to provide expert-level support for CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and Access Control Systems (ACS). The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, system diagnostics, installations, maintenance, and technical consultation for our clients and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide remote and on-site technical support for CCTV, FAS, IDS, and ACS systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, network, and system issues.
  • Conduct system installations, upgrades, testing, and commissioning.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services.
  • Respond to service requests and technical inquiries within SLA timeframes.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and provide training as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party suppliers for advanced troubleshooting.
  • Document service activities, solutions, and technical findings accurately.
  • Collaborate with project teams on system designs and technical solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and product updates in the security systems field.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
