Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software development projects, including planning, estimation, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet business goals and regulatory compliance.
- Manage multiple projects and teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration across departments.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Mitigate risks and manage project timelines, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on time.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Ensure effective use of project management tools and methodologies.
- Required: 5+ years of experience in .NET, ASP.NET, Web APIs, MS SQL, JavaScript/JQuery, Source Control Tools (GIT, SVN, TFS).
- Strong understanding of SDLC and project management experience (minimum 3 years).
- Proven experience in leading teams for at least 3 years.
- Solid experience in software development and implementation projects, particularly in .NET and MS SQL.
- Expertise in project planning, estimation, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Stakeholder management, risk management, and mitigation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
